This 1 day course is an excellent handgun familiarization class designed for the novice or individual seeking a State certified course meeting all the requirements necessary to obtain a Tennessee Handgun Carry Permit; all with no pressure or intimidation. Handgun Carry Permit starts with a lecture on the legalities of deadly force, firearm safety and gun handling, handgun nomenclature, loading and unloading, basic marksmanship, and gear selection. All HCP students receive a free gun lock. Handgun Carry Permit continues with live-fire range drills that instill the fundamentals of handgun operation while keeping safety a primary focus. $80.00 (Current TN Permit holders wishing a refresher course $40.00)
